The main house includes new central air, hardwood floors, 2 Queen beds, 2 Full beds, 1 Full pull-out couch in the living room, 1 twin futon and 1 crib as well as 1.5 bathrooms and a washer/dryer. The cottage includes AC units, hardwood floors, 1 Queen bed, 1 Twin bed with a Twin trundle, 1 Queen pull-out couch in the family room and 1 full bathroom. Both houses have WiFi, newly constructed outdoor showers, and the houses share a yard and swing set.
